lip rejuvenation (lip filler)
Supple, hydrated and naturally rejuvenated lips are achievable with Dr Hannah.
about lip rejuvenation (lip filler) treatment
Dr Hannah uses premium brand Teoxane in her clinic to give a natural, rejuvenated lip enhancement. Lip filler can be used to improve symmetry between upper and lower lip, to improve lip hydration and to give a more volumised appearance.
Dr Hannah will always work with you to achieve the outcome you desire, but when it comes to lips her aim is a natural, elegant result.
Superficial hyaluronic acid can also be used around the perioral area to reduce the appearance of fine lines around the lips.
“I am so happy with the finished results, my lips look fantastic. Hannah has done such
an amazing job!”

Can lip filler look natural?
It is very common for people to be put off lip rejuvenation because they worry about an unnatural “trout pout”. It’s important to bear in mind that you will only ever notice poor, obvious results. There will be many other people who simply look “great” due to subtle lip treatments. Dr Hannah’s ethos is always “less is more” and strongly believes in producing subtle and elegant results that respect the normal anatomy.
At kinDRed skin, we achieve natural lip results by using superior hyaluronic acid products with innate stretch (Teoxane range), going slowly (ie, small volumes in different sessions) and Dr Hannah’s eye for elegance and subtlety.
If you would like a very subtle lip rejuvenation, we can opt to use a highly fluid, stretchy dermal filler called RHA1 which gives a subtle lip hydration rather than volumisation.
Is lip filler painful?
Before each treatment, a strong numbing cream will be applied.
A very fine needle or cannula is used for treatment.
The lips are often the more sensitive area to treat with dermal filler. However, Dr Hannah will employ a range of strategies to make this as comfortable as possible.
How will my lips look after treatment?
The lips are a very vascular area of the face. Therefore, it is very normal for them to look a little swollen and bruised after treatment. This is usually mild and can be covered with makeup (if desired) after 12 hours. You will notice an immediate difference in the appearance of your lips but you will need to wait for 2-3 weeks to see the “final result”.
Is there anyone that shouldn’t have lip rejuvenation?
If you have a history of cold sores, dermal filler treatment could bring on an episode. Occasionally, we may prescribe an antiviral treatment around the time of treatment to supress the cold-sore virus. Dr Hannah will discuss this with you.
